17.01.2022 COVID-19: UPDATE for clinic in relation to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus COVID-19, we have reviewed our infection control measures: If you have an appointment and feel unwell with any symptoms that could be attributed to a virus or head cold (fever, cough, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhoea), we ask that you call us to cancel your appointment.... If you have recently been to any overseas country we ask that you do not attend the clinic for 14 days following your return to Australia. Please call us for clarification of your particular circumstances if you wish to. We have anti-bacterial hand sanitiser gel on our front counter and ask that all patients use this on entry to the clinic. We will be increasing our wiping down of all surfaces, door handles and gym equipment in order to sanitise all surfaces. If we are unwell from a respiratory illness, we will not attend the clinic, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We always wash our hands between every patient and this will not change. We hope these measures will ensure our clinic is a safe place to have your physiotherapy issues cared for and we will update you should there be any change to these measures.

11.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE With the current uncertainty in relation to the Coronavirus, Infocus Physiotherapy and Sportscare wishes to reassure you that your health and safety is our top priority. Infocus Physio and Sportscare is currently operating as normal.... We have had some clients express concern due to the virus. Here are the infection control measures we are taking to ensure your health and safety. Due to recent health directives by the State Health Department, Australian Government and the World Health Organisation, our clinic has implemented extra cleaning and infection control protocols including: No use of materials such as towels, curtains, bed sheets or pillows that may retain germs or bacteria. Frequent wiping of surfaces, such as treatment beds and pilates equipment with antibacterial wipes. Washing of hands (this is best) before and after clients or using hand sanitizer. As our valued clients, you can help reduce the risk of the spread of germs and the virus by performing the following: Wash or sanitise your hands before and after use of exercise equipment and your Physiotherapy session. Bring your own gym towel and drink bottle to exercise classes and treatment sessions. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, then wash your hands immediately. Please do not come to the clinic if you are feeling unwell. Please rest assured that your health and safety, plus best practice infection control measures are our top priority. We will continue to follow health directives from the State Health Department, Australian Government and the World Health Organisation and implement changes as required. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the clinic on 3821 5688.

04.01.2022 Ballerinas are extremely fascinating. They carry all of their weight on the tips of their feet and its said that every time they jump, the big toe absorbs arou...nd three times their body weight. We were asked to show the anatomy inside the shoe. Heres a glimpse of what the bone structure looks like at these extreme angles. #ballerina #ballet #anatomy www.singlecell3d.com
