23.01.2022 Burning the midnight oil last night designing a new melbourne cbd map to give to customers. I am thinking of door knocking all the coffee shops of the melbourne cbd and offering them several maps to give to their customers for exchange of $5. I am starting to scrape for cash at the moment. It also looks like my days living in the batcave of box hill are numbered. Do you think this could work? Let me know

20.01.2022 Met two of the biggest influence of my life Former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Therese raine. Kevin Rudd introduced the economic stimulus which i used to buy a laptop so to enhance my love of word knowledge and language. This purchase set up my University degree which I completed in 2014. Kevin Rudd also set up the 2020 summit which encouraged me to set my own personal goals to get an education and end my personal homelessness by 2020. Back in 1994 i was in a work directio...ns course which Therese founded. This course was a catalyst for the inspiration to study 18 years later. She did an aptitude and a test similar to ones used to get into univesity. I got within the top 5% in australia The course was always a glimmer of hope(with some more kick in the guts later). I also met the couple in Canberra for the apology of the forgotten Australians in 2009. See more

16.01.2022 Ten years ago on Queens Birthday weekend instead of begging, homeless person Matte Dunn stood in front of the gates of Flinders street train station in the evening helping lost travellers from missing there last train home. 10 years later Infoguy has inspired Melbourne with his own customer service business helping hundreds of thousands of patrons around the city MCG Rod laver arena and Melbourne Central Shopping Centre with his intensive knowledge of the Melbourne CBD.It is noted he knows all the timetable and routes of the Night Transport Network for Saturday and Sunday mornings. He also completed a linguistics degree at Latrobe University.

14.01.2022 Would like to attend this, but for $1600 it is way too much for someone living on a budget of $200 a week. Why must we have these "homeless" conferences that are out of range for vulnerable people to attend.I would like to be informed of what is going on about an issue that continues for myself and many of my peers. 11.01.2022 Melbourne, I need you help desperately. Last night, a bag containing an assembly for my information desk went missing. I am afraid it had been stolen whilst working at Melbourne Central. It was a small black bag with a table assembly base(item on the left, and 14 vertical metal object (item on the right) and four semi circle metal objects. These items are useless to anyone except myself. These items are crucial to my existence in Melbourne. Without them, I have no income simple. And no Infoguy in the near future. 11.01.2022 This weekend marks the 10th anniversary that I stood in front of the barriers in the elizabeth street end of flinders street after 10pm. Warning travellers that the barriers were also closed at southbank therefore avoiding people missing the trains. The good old Connex days. This is the start of what would become a unique customer service initiative in Melbourne

05.01.2022 I am going to delete mypersonal Facebook account. My desire to become more private is becoming more desirable. I am just not enjoying Facebook anymore. I have the Infoguy of Melbourne page with 500 members so I don't want to delete that also. Does anyone want to start another Infoguy page. I do have Line app so I can be contacted on that.

01.01.2022 a big shout out to Allianz insurance. I had a conversation at a shopping complex where I volunteer and help customers getting around the shopping centre and the Melbourne CBD. The retail centre informed me that I must have public liability insurance to continue working. Being on the streets it has been hard to attain this type of insurance because of my residential status of being homeless. I rang Allianz today and they read the many articles that have been done in the past. They said they can do it. And it is done. I now have public liability insurance. My dignity has been restored. Thank you Allianz
