25.01.2022 A few pics of 100 Goodoon St, main St Gladstone. PM100 base coat with Sand Coat Hydra Tec finish coat, tinted Colourbond Monument.

20.01.2022 Cover Crete to pool area. Cream base with bed rock stencil and Sandy beige top coat. Clients requested similar colours to house bricks and with only a small amount of contrast between base and top coat. They were very happy with the out come.

20.01.2022 Nice morning helping pour some concrete at my boys footy team club house.

16.01.2022 The sparkle of Sand Coat Hydra Tec "is out there" when the sun hits this finish. Colour dulux classic cream. This colour is added to a primer / sealer and also to acryloc render top coat and doesnt need to be painted.

13.01.2022 Was out west to Biloela last week to under take two render jobs. One onto house brick with blue board in fill in old door and window space and the other to blue board. Although base coat process was different, both jobs received a coat of Tex Prime and a top coat of Acrylic Sand Coat Hydra Tec. This finish is tinted to the colour chosen by clients. Lovely people out west and both over the moon with the job.

07.01.2022 High pressure / bleach cleaning of chalky exterior acrylic paint, render patch with the addition of control joints to cracking and drummy render. Application of Tex prime and two coats of Rock Cote Armor Flex. This paint is the correct paint to use on cementous render as is a membrane and will create a barrier so minerals from cementous render do not attsck back of paint and leech through. It also carrys minor movement of up to 3mm with its flexible property.

07.01.2022 Old school float and white set render. Not so popular these days but is a great way to make internal walls glass smooth and very flat.

07.01.2022 Commercial jobs completed leading up to Xmas. Thanks for the help of Thai import Graham Burns and Agnes anchor legend David Pinkerton helping get them over the line.

01.01.2022 House completed out Monto way on cattle property. External walls PM100 base coat, applied ruled and floated. Top coat Sand Coat Hydra Tec, applied and finished, tinted sandy beige. No paint required. Internal walls were PM100 base coated and white set.
