24.01.2022 Infracraft Detailed Joinery was appointed by FDC Construction & Fitout, ACT to project manage, supply and install the multi-million dollar joinery package for the premium seniors' living village, Greenway Views for LDK and Cromwell Property Group. FDC transformed the former Department of Social Services Buildings in to 210 apartments within three different buildings. The program was challenging initially and working across three buildings tested Infracraft's two decades of jo...inery project management, manufacturing and installation. Infracraft Senior Project Manager Scott Baxter was instrumental in delivering this project. "Delivering a mixture of 210 apartments with kitchens, wall units and other joinery along with high end front of house joinery such as library, café, bar, barber, hairdresser and other dining and administration joinery was very complicated. 12.01.2022 The 2 Market Street Commercial Lobby Refurbishment project, was a high end project that required Infracraft to go above and beyond. The project consisted of a complex decorative metal ceiling, wall panelling, marble cafe and reception counters, curved banquette seating, business centre fitout including the bleacher seating and a comprehensive end of trip facility. The end of trip facility also included the metal entrance walls and ceiling. The senior project team at Infracraf...t was required to formulate a solution to deliver the metal ceiling in the main lobby and manage a wide range of high end joinery including lift lobbies and many other aspects of this project.
