13.01.2022 Two things I have learned from my clients over the past few days:- it is really beneficial to have a session in the Cocoon just prior to a remedial massage. A session in the Cocoon sauna pod is great just before a yoga class, as your muscles are so much more relaxed improving your body’s flexibility.... Makes perfect sense to me. It’s great to learn these little gems from my clients so I can pass this onto others. Thank you to those clients.

02.01.2022 SO, THIS HAS RECENTLY HAPPENED. Last week, I unexpectedly received an offer to undertake a six-month, full time work contract. Previously, I would have jumped at the chance to earn a steady income for six months. However grateful I was for the opportunity and considering the progress I’ve made with Infrared Wellness, I politely declined. Some people closest to me would say I’m mad to have let this this pass. Maybe so, but I don’t want to undo all the progress and momentum... achieved so far with Infrared Wellness. I’ve realised that I can’t do both without unravelling all my efforts with my business. I honestly feel that this is the work that I’m now meant to be doing, despite my admin background.
