09.01.2022 You don’t need crazy equipment to be functional! Have you seen the guys and girls on instagram all wrapped in stretchy bands, balancing on a ball and swinging a club around their heads while doing some fancy breathing pattern? Looks impressive, right? But what are the benefits probably not much ... You see every exercise should have a purpose. If your goal is balance then stand on a ball (if you can!) If your goal is shoulder mobility swing that club! If you have some imbalances then maybe we could use some stretchy bands. But doing all 3 at once is not only overloading your central nervous system, its a recipe for disaster with no real benefits. This is why we split our classes into strength, conditioning, core and our super session which is a whole lot of fun!
