12.01.2022 PAYMENT TERMS We love to clean but we don’t enjoy debt collecting., so we require all cleaning services to be paid for prior to or during the clean Cash payments can be made directly to your cleaner. EFT/bank transfer payment, must be made and cleared in advance ( UNLESS other arrangements ) of your clean. If you have requested to pay by EFT in advance but the funds are not paid into our account prior to the clean, we are likely to cancel the booking.

09.01.2022 Hey all we have not been taking any bookings due to covid and staff being off and also we have been in the process of getting a new carpet van witch is a auto and one of our carpet ladies can drive !!! So we can work between staff that are trained for carpets . So give us at least 2 week and we will be back taking carpet bookings ! sorry for any inconvenience in this time see you soon

07.01.2022 Booking & payments jobs are to be paid in advance or on the day . If You have made a booking and I have asked you to leave payment we will leave the receipt once job is done . ... Recently we have had a lot of booking made where we have arrived to the job and no payment or no one is home . This is not only and inconvenience for us but the clients booking after your job. Going forward we will be leaving a card to say we have been and you will have to rebook for another day .

At this stage new bookings are still limited until school goes back & staff and back from Holidays . We are sorry to all that have tried to contact us for bookings .
