The beautiful princess Jasmine will be so excited to meet all of her new friends and we can’t wait to see you all there. In this session Jasmine will lead us through singing, dancing and party games which is guaranteed to brighten up your weekend! Get your costumes looked out and your tiaras at the ready for a fab morning with the beautiful Princess herself. See you all tomorrow at 12 o’clock

07.01.2022 FAMILY ZUMBA Meet Sharon or Shazza as she is otherwise known, Sharon has got to be one of the most fun, energetic, positive, happy and loving life people you could ever meet. We can guarantee you by taking part in this class you will be setting your day up right it’s going to be so much fun! Everyone is guaranteed to leave with a smile Shake away your tiredness and put some latin ZING in your Saturday morning with this fun activity for all the family! This class i...s guaranteed to have you smiling ear to ear and set you up with so much energy for the day! Get ready for Zumba with Sharon... What to expect and how to get ready: * A 30 minute class with Sharon, a local Zumba instructor, with great songs of varying intensity * Make sure you have a clear space to move front, back and sideways! Clear away rugs, pets, etc. from the space, so you don’t have any potential trip hazards :) * Drink plenty of water! Turn your heating down! We will get hot! Normal gym gear or T-shirt and leggings is perfect... and trainers!Avoid doing it in socks or bare feet if possible. * Go at the pace that’s best for you and listen to your body!Most of all, have fun! * Sharon will be online 10 mins before the session and is happy to answer questions * This is a very informal, fun based activity so just relax, don’t worry about getting the moves right and if you prefer to take part with your video off that’s absolutely fine! A workshop perfect for all the family, especially the mums and dads :) We can’t wait to see you tomorrow at 11am
