13.01.2022 Congratulations to Community Manager Trudy Turner who was featured in the April Edition of Business Focus Magazine. For more than two years, Trudy Turner has been the Community Manager of lngenia Gardens, where residents are encouraged to be involved and assist each other, no matter their age, abilities or disabilities. Trudy has worked in aged care for many years, originally in Victoria, and is aware from firsthand experience of how older people may feel isolated in their ow...n homes. "I have seen many people make the move into lngenia Gardens and get a new lease on life and simply thrive," she said. "Our facility provides a sense of connection and belonging in the wider community." Trudy is passionate about promoting the Montessori approach, which enables people to feel valued by engaging them in tasks suited to their capabilities, whether that is maintaining a veggie patch, raising the flag every morning or running the residents' social club. Once again a big congratulations to Trudy on the feature and for her wonderful efforts as Community Manager.
