16.01.2022 A little something to make you smile!

14.01.2022 I attended this workshop last night in Townsville at Muzzle to Muscle facility in Townsville. It was run by K9 Nose Time who have brought the sport to Australia in its traditional form (from America). Was great fun - SUPER easy way to give your dog stimulation and fun to fill their day, and make you a better handler at the same time. Can't recommend it highly enough.

09.01.2022 Bob Bailey is a true pioneer joining Marion and her first husband Keller Breland who proved the efficiency of positive reinforcement training techniques by bringing it out of the laboratory and into the field. It’s a fascinating story training over 140 species of animals for both military and entertainment purposes. Their techniques have long been in use in the marine field (seals, killer whales, dolphins, etc) and with the availability of information via internet expanding our understanding of the scientific principles behind how animals (and humans learn) it’s now being accepted and adopted in dog training circles as well.

02.01.2022 Hi everyone .. the fountains are installed .. one is on Palm Terrace, one is at Palm Creek (attached to the seating area near the children's "road safety" track), and the remaining four are all in the central island of the main street - between the front of (old) Overflow to in front of MacDonalds. Just waiting to put the acknowledgement plaques on.

02.01.2022 Ever thought of trying NOSEWORKS? Really starting to take off in Australia .. particularly good if you're looking for a sport that doesn't require close contact with other dogs.
