Against this background, we are monitoring and reviewing information from health authorities and the government. Based on this information and advice, we are taking these proactive steps to minimise risk to customers and staff: We are using gloves for food preparation and handling Increased and regular sanitation of Surfaces, tables, door handles .etc. Where possible, we are using hand sanitiser during service (please be aware that we are experiencing the same shortage of supply, and thus will use disposable gloves when we cannot use hand sanitiser) Staff members have not travelled, and have been asked to advise if they have had contact with someone who has. Should staff members experience any flu-like symptoms, they will not be coming in to work.
