25.01.2022 During the week the Croc room Children talked about their feelings! The children and Miss Emma discusses some of the things that make us sad, angry, happy, exictied and scared! The children then used different forms of role play and creative arts to show how they were feeling!! Let’s just say everyone was feeling pretty happy

08.01.2022 This week the Croc room children started their 4 week Learn to Swim program! During our first lesson the children persisted when faced with challenges that they were a little afraid of, expressed their feelings about things they were unsure of and used their gross and fine motor skills while learning swimming techniques! The Crocs had so much fun and are looking forward to their next lesson

04.01.2022 Once the children were finished their cutting practice Indiana asked if she could do some drawing. So then we went on to extend on Indiana's interest in drawing to see if the children could draw a picture of a person. So I drew a picture of a stick person first, so that the children could see what a person would looked like. Then the children went onto draw their own interpretation of a person and their drawings turned out perfect. Though this experience the children are able to enhance their fine motor skills and are able to express their creativity though drawing.

03.01.2022 The Croc children have been very busy at the new Loose Parts table over the last week with the children exploring and experiencing many different types of learning such as Numeracy, literacy , fine motor and role play!!
