So far have done 60m of new fencing, power wash roof and driveway, clean gutters and gazebo roof and gutters, repair pool fencing for regulation pass, raked and whipper snipped, next we are washing and oil deck around house

12.01.2022 Hello everyone, Sorry it's a little while since I have been here, ahh we missed you all. Anyway like always we have been busy. We have been doing a lot of maintence work for our realestate. They deal with a lot of old houses hence all the repairs. We have also managed to squeeze 1 fence done in all hardwood and another fence and retaining wall. Well take a look and remember no job is too small nor too big. It might even mean that granny lives in her unit by herself and her l...ittle fence is on a bad lean, she has a leaking tap (which is generally the seal or the seat). It isn't expensive and far far cheaper than a plumber or even the water bill. And granny has trees out the front of her window and door blocking the sun. One last thing is to clean her gutters. Instead of having 4 different tradies over you just need us and that cuts either yours or granny's cost instantly. The other thing we don't do is upsell and pressure. The only thing we do do, which is out of duty of care is if we see any broken tiles or issues while up on the roof. We take photos and let granny know that we can work out a price, send it to granny and yourself if needed and then leave it up to you. Thank you for reading g this long posts.
