Throughout lockdown, we haven't been able to operate our brewery tours As a result, we haven't been able to showcase the amazing craft beer to all of you lovely people who come to visit the region This got us thinking What could we do to bring High Country craft beer to you, to enjoy from the comfort of your home? 08.01.2022 Welcoming the new kid on the block, Bonfire Station Farmstay & Microbrewery Located just on the edge of Taggerty, with the stunning backdrop of the Cathedral Ranges It's in 2016 that the Bonfire Station adventure starts. Owner, Rob decided to transform the old golf club on his family property into a rustic country bar with the dream to create a unique venue for guests to enjoy the country life and good beers Restoring the old and dilapidated golf clubhouse into the b...ar and function centre took nearly a year! At this point, Rob is joined by his partner Flo, who hails from Belgium. Lastly, there is Phil, Rob's brother, an experienced brewer who takes on the role of head brewer There is currently a generous selection of core range beers on offer which are available all year round from a Belgian Style Saison to a Hazy IPA. Alongside this is a seasonal Barrel Aged Whiskey Stout and an Apple Cider Fun fact: the property also houses a cherry orchard! 01.01.2022 We'd like to thank everyone for their patience with the postponement of our High Country Beer Club launch. We feel Hayden is now at the point that we can balance working on Ingrained Culture and his recovery. Hayden is doing extremely well and is exceeding expectations in his recovery. He was really excited to get back on his mountain bike this week. So if you see him on the trails make sure to say hello! We really wanted to get our first mixed box out to you before Christmas... and we are pleased to announce our High Country Mixed Boxes will go back on sale later next week. Not only that, but we will also be releasing a super limited, one-off Christmas mixed box. More details on this will follow next week. Thank you again for your support.
