07.01.2022 New Teacher Announcement!! We are really exited to welcome Daisy Whicheloe to our family, she will be teaching every Tuesday at 9am a beautiful Vinyasa flow class Rise and Shine Flow, here is a little bit about her... I played around a bit with yoga in my teens but it wasn’t until a trip to India after I’d finished school that yoga became important to me. I stayed at an Ashram in Rishikesh and we practised everyday. I finally felt there was a mind, body, soul connection.... My journey into yoga has been slow and meandering. Yoga has been a very gentle teacher. I continued my practise when I lived in Thailand for 4 years but it wasn’t until I moved to Australia and began seasonal work, that I found the time to do my teacher training. In October 2017 I flew to India again and did my 200 hour Ashtanga and Vinyassa TT in Goa, Agonda. I loved the methodical nature of Ashtanga but was drawn more to the flow and rhythm of Vinyassa. I’ve been teaching friends and small groups for the past 2 years and now am keen to share this in a school. Welcome Daisy, can’t wait to flow together

07.01.2022 Kanae Hasegawa - Nagoya, Japan. The instructor at our first Advanced Vinyasa Workshop, this Sunday 10:30am . In 2017, I returned to Japan after working as a translator on a cruise ship that goes around the world. After traveling to more than 30 countries and working every single day, I wanted to take a break and focus on myself. As freediving has been my passion for a long time, I was looking for a way to expand my ability as a freediver. That’s when I started to explor...e more the world of yoga. Luckily, I had access to an amazing yoga studio in my hometown of Nagoya, where renowned yoga teacher from all over the world visited and hosted workshops from time to time. I was fascinated, firstly, by Ashtanga yoga and that’s where I built my strength, flexibility and endurance that are reflected in classes I teach these days. After I finished my teacher training course in that Nagoya studio, I taught my first class at a street cleanup event I hosted in my hometown. When I saw the sense of enjoyment and willingness to learn of my fellow yoga practitioners, I realized this is what I want to pursue in my life: enriching people’s lives and spreading happiness for a better and peaceful world. As you connect deeper with yourself, your mind calms down and you find moments of inner peace within yourselves. Taking care of yourself allows you to take care of others. These others are not just limited to us as humans, but include all the other animals, plants, trees, mountains, rivers, oceans, earth and the whole universe. It's been almost a year since I moved to Australia and I feel so lucky to share my yoga practices with you in this little paradise. Thank you Inhala and the community of Exmouth for enabling me to share and enjoy your paradise! Kanaethefish
