14.01.2022 In a year like no other, you’ve all had to adapt, change, teach, learn, cope, grieve, manage & at times just find a way through. Some days, weeks and months were easier than others, and we now find ourselves nearly at the end of the year. A big pat on the back for your ability to do all of the above and be finishing the year with smiles on your faces With Christmas just around the corner next week, here’s our latest news including when we’ll be finishing up for 2020, and re...turning for 2021. The final days for our team will be: Sarah: Tuesday 22nd December Rachel: Wednesday 23rd December Travis: Wednesday 23rd December We will then be closed for just over 2 weeks. Return dates and times are as follows: Sarah: Tuesday morning 12th January; additional shift Friday afternoon 15th January & Saturday morning 16th January. Travis: Monday morning 18th January Rachel: Thursday afternoon 28th January It can be challenging to make the best choices as you look after yourself during the festive season. In order to be your best during this time, be as mindful as you can, exercise where and when you can, think carefully about what goes into your mouth and on your skin, and surround yourself with supportive friends and family.
