17.01.2022 Is started with making a mask for my immune compromised daughter a few weeks ago, then the rest of the family..<3 I have gone back to my sewing roots seeing as I can’t massage anyone at the moment. I did some research and found this pattern from a hospital in the USA which they endorse. These are reusable (washable) hospital grade face masks with PM 2.5 charcoal filters that slip in a little inside pocket. Made with 100% cotton quilting fabric (recommended). 09.01.2022 To my dear clientle, I want to express my gratitude for all of you being aware and doing what you can with what lies before us right now. Taking care and doing the right thing to ensure we level the curve of the virus spreading is very important to protect ourselves, the ones we love and our community. To do my part this coming Wednesday will be my last day in service for the massage and bodywork. Ironically it is what we probably need most right now to eleviate the stre...ss - please find ways in your world to do this as much as you can. Stay calm, stay centered and stay kind. Everyone is effected in someway - please remember that. I will be holding online meditations and will let you know as they evolve. They are free as my contribution to our world at this time to help maintain harmony.
