24.01.2022 Our Client Marcus came to us with 3 goals and only 12 weeks and two days a week to do it. 1) feel stronger, run faster for marathons and running events with no niggles or pain. 2) drop 5 kgs and put on muscle ... 3) Improve posture and mobility. Goal setting is super important- they need to be achievable, measurable and have a deadline. Marcus ran faster times with no pain. Goal 1 He dropped 4 % b/f and put on 1kg of lean mass measured by at InBody comp machine. 22.01.2022 COACH MISHA There comes a great deal of responsibility with being a coach. Particularly when I get to work with young girls. Society has a very mislead and skewed vision of what health really is and from a very young age, women are told to look a certain way and to manipulate their bodies to do so. Businesses make millions off of these ideals. It's any good coach's job to try to correct this! What drives me day in, day out, is having the opportunity to go and empower wom...en and to right these wrongs. It's about teaching them how to become strong, to nourish their bodies, and to love and accept themselves. It's about long term health, both physical and mental! It's NOT about cutting out food groups, excessive exercise, detox teas and spending every waking moment trying to look 'skinny'! (I literally vomit in my mouth everytime that word is said). This issue goes so much deeper than what can be written on an Instagram post. Every day I deal with these misconceptions but every day I work towards educating myself and those around me. I believe it's every woman's right to be truly healthy and to be able to love herself!
