23.01.2022 For information about the Revised Grants program:

21.01.2022 Soapbox (1997 - 2005) was an artist driven initiative in Fortitude Valley founded by Franz Ehmann and Charles Robb. In 1999 Franz became sole director. For eight years Soapbox gallery ran a fast and furious exhibition program, presenting works which blurred the boundary between art and it's environment. Franz Ehmann and Louise Bennett (AccidentallyAnnie StreetSpace) will construct a response in the final instalment of Boxcopy's Homeground Brisbane ARIs.

13.01.2022 Discussions are underway for Inhouse's contribution to Boxcopy's Homeground Brisbane ARIs project. Responding to the accumulative nature of Homeground, our project facilitates a dialogue with Louise Bennett (AccidentallyAnnie StreetSpace) and Franz Ehmann (Soapbox) to dictate the exhibition outcome and imprint Brisbane’s ARI history atop the exhibition. Inhouse ARI's installment will run from July 1 - 2 at Boxcopy

13.01.2022 Founded in 2008 AccidentallyAnnie StreetSpace operated out of and produced works that responded to their house. After neighbours raised complaints with Brisbane City Council exhibitions had to cease and all signifying images of the house were ordered to be removed from the website. This image of Stephen Russell's work at their second exhibition 'Renovare' is one of the last images of the space's exterior existing online. This event sparked their evolution into a nomadic ARI exhibiting in baggage lockers, community halls, on Skype, and at a bowls club. Inhouse has engaged Louise Bennett (Accidentally Annie Street Space) and Franz Ehmann (Soapbox) to construct a response in the final installment of Boxcopy's 'Homeground Brisbane ARIs'.
