And another reason why brow AND face mapping is important. Your face changes from standing up to laying down, it also moves & changes as your facial expressions change. 17.01.2022 N U M B I N G C R E A M Yes, yes, and yes. We do use numbing cream!... Topical anesthetics are applied to the area prior to tattooing. This reduces almost all discomfort and you are able to relax and enjoy your tattoo experience. Due to current legislation, I cannot provide anaesthetic for you. You do need to purchase it yourself. I have teamed up with the wonderful ladies at Margaret River Compounding Pharmacy (inside Priceline), they manufacture a topical anesthetic specifically for my clients and in an amount to cover both the initial and touch-up of one procedural area. Its the same numbing cream I have been using for YEARS and its great. You do not need to apply this yourself, you just bring it with you to your appointment #cosmetictattoo #margaretriver

13.01.2022 A P P O I N T M E N T B R E A K D O W N Cosmetic tattooing is broken down into 3 main appointments 1. Your initial appointment - this is the first appointment and this includes your consult, mapping and design of tattoo, anesthetic application and initial procedure. ... 2. Your perfection visit - this occurs 4-6 weeks after your first appointment. At this point your tattoo is mostly healed and we are able to touch up your tattoo to ensure that it is perfect. In this appointment, we are able to adjust the shape and colour, re-implant any pigment that may have fallen out during the healing process and saturate a little heavier if needed. This appointment is important because I like to ensure that you are 100% happy with your tattoo. 3. Colour boosts - cosmetic tattoos are designed to fade over-time. Colour boosts allow us to refresh the colour and perfect the shape of your tattoo to keep your tattoo perfect and maintenance free for another year (or two). You very rarely need a perfection visit after a colour boost but this is subject to colour fade and your healing process. I offer 2 types of colour boosts: 1. An annual colour boost which is within 18 months from your previous tattoo, this is offered at a discounted rate and is only available to my current clients. 2. Standard colour boost which is anytime after 18 months from your last tattoo. This is also available for anyone who has been tattooed elsewhere and would like to change their artist. Please note: if a large amount of correction work is necessary, you may require a perfection visit. Do I need a perfection visit? Cosmetic tattooing is often done in extra sensitive areas that are prone to swelling, tears, constant moving, environmental elements, food & drinks. While I try my very best to get your tattoo perfect the first time around, it is always recommended to follow through with your perfection visit. If you are one of my lucky clients who heals perfectly the first time and feel like you dont need a perfection, you dont need to come in, and fuck yeah, thats awesome! As everyone heals differently I dont generally police perfection visits, so please ensure to book yourself in. If you ever have any questions, please reach out!

08.01.2022 Red lips coming in hot! We tattooed these pretty pouters a number of years ago and while the colour is still pretty, we have lost definition due to fillers and pigment fade. While this style and colour is not for the faint hearted, my beautiful colourful client wears a bright red lip daily (and totally rocks it!) so I was super happy with this stunning lip tattoo using @permablend_pigments in Auburn & Passion Red ... No harsh lines and even blending, there will still be some fading and settling of pigment during the healing process, leaving behind a beautiful lustrous lip. Swelling and redness is normal after a tattoo, this will subside over the next few days. #liptattoo #margaretriver

This is flat breast tissue - minus a few lumpy scars. After fighting for her life, enduring chemo/radiation and multiple surgeries, this beautiful breast cancer survivor was left without an areola & nipple. Did you know that was even a thing?!...
