16.01.2022 Today I had the privilege of volunteering through the Australian Institute of Fitness at the Braveheart 777 marathon! They are raising awareness for child abuse which is an issue that I hold very close to my heart. Just seeing the support and passion that all of the marathon runners had towards the cause amazed me, I can't even begin to describe the overwhelming feeling of comfort, joy and peace it gave me. ALL of the runners did an AMAZING job & you should all be so proud! 05.01.2022 Hello! I thought I would properly introduce myself for those of you who don't know me. My name is Maraea and I am 25 years old. I am married with a one year old son and a beautiful step daughter. I am Canadian and Maori where I have lived in Australia for the last 10 years and I absolutely love it. I have always wanted to heal and nurture other people which inspired me to become a massage therapist. ... I specialise with back and neck pain but cover all different problem areas and injuries. There are many benefits to massage including; helping promote better sleep, helping with anxiety, depression, better circulation ect. I dedicate myself to giving you the best service possible and to help with recovery and relaxation.
