22.01.2022 Another happy ending for a regular customer who had issue with his printer. He has bought a new printer to replace the faulty one which has difficulty rolling in paper. It took us a lot of efforts to finally convince him to bring in the faulty printer for a free diagnose before opening the new one. The diagnose took an astonishing 5 SECONDS. We found paper scraps and a metal pin in the back of the tray(see photo). Everyone seems to know how to use their printer easily. But when it comes to fault diagnosis, please trust us pros. Again, the diagnose service is free to our customer. And most common faults are easily fixed by us in front your eyes.

14.01.2022 What a fantastic product! 100% waterproof printable sticker label. It comes in A4 size and is compatible with most common inkjet printer. More importantly, we can do the design and printing for you on site. Simply bring your logo, name, or any picture/text, we will help you design your label and print it out. The cost is nearly the same as blank sheets available from Officworks. Save your time, effort and your printing cost. We will do all the hard work for you. Non-waterproof labels also available in various pre-cut label size.

10.01.2022 Another happy customer after we fixed his printer issues. We thought the missing lines on the prints were caused by dried-up ink clogging the nozzle. After examining and testing various possibilities, it turned out to be a piece of scrap paper from a jammed paper that was actually stuck under the print head. The video shows when we removed the scrap paper. It was totally soaked with ink. If you are having a issue with your printer, please contact us for solutions. In many cases, we are able to diagnose the problem and find a solution for you. And it is a free service to our customers:)
