25.01.2022 Meet the Team - Leah Turner Starting as an Administration Officer, Leah began her journey with Inline earlier this year in February, she has since transitioned into the role of Account Manager. Her background in Customer Service and Admin has been ideal and a great fit for the Inline team. Beginning employment in February this year, Leah only had a month under her belt before the Covid-19 pandemic changed our working lives. We relocated our operations to work from home f...or 6 weeks. It was a challenge but our experience in working remotely for our customers facilitated an easy transition for the team to work together and successfully continue Leah’s training! This enabled Leah the flexibility of being a success in her role and working around her family commitments as she is a mother of two young boys. With a love of learning new things and getting ‘wins’ for our customers, Leah has been surprised to learn the value of a pallet or piece of pooled equipment and how quickly and easily without robust processes in place they can be ‘lost’.

25.01.2022 Meet the Team Tim Mildren As the General Manager here at Inline Tracking, Tim is relatively new to the wonderful world of pallets; he has a diverse background across Telecommunications, Construction, Hire industries and professional services to name a few. He is responsible for the day to day running of the business here at Inline Tracking which includes improving existing systems, technology and providing innovative solutions to our customers.... In his time with Inline, Tim has thoroughly enjoyed seeing changes and personal growth within the team as the business continues to evolve. With a passion for technology he is enjoying seeing how quickly technology in the supply chain improves systems and creates opportunities to be able to offer innovative approaches to our customers. We asked Tim if he had and any pieces of wisdom that he has taken away from past roles, he answered, It is important to give your team permission to think, speak and act with reason. This helps create a space in which they can flourish.

11.01.2022 Meet the Team - Leah Raphael Leah is an Account Manager or as she likes to say, full time legend, here at Inline and has worked with us for nearly 3 years. Starting as an Administrative assistant, Leah successfully completed a traineeship with ILT, due to her skills and bubbly personality, we decided to keep her! She has evolved into a very talented and measured Account Manager responsible for some of our biggest clients.... In her own words: I love my job because every day brings a new challenge and coming to work every day with the Inline family makes it a lot easier!. This is a unique industry and Leah is a natural in managing the different challenges we face each day and thoroughly enjoys it. Through her motivation and ongoing studies in financial services, Leah is keen on continuing to gain more knowledge and experience which is a crucial ingredient in allowing our business to deliver service excellence to our customers.

06.01.2022 Meet the Owners - Brenton and Karena Sneath In Line Pallets was launched in 2009 by our owners Brenton and Karena Sneath. Brenton coming from a transport background and Karena as a secondary school teacher - and what else better to call the business after meeting in line at a hotel 13 years earlier . While working within the family transport business, Brenton uncovered a large pallet loss and with the help of Andrew Whittam and his newly developed system, 2ic Pallets, the l...oss was recovered and a valuable lesson in the importance of pallet management was learned. This experience gave Brenton the idea of assisting other businesses that may be in the same position. Karena joined Brenton on his pallet saving venture in 2010 as the business continued to grow. 04.01.2022 Meet the Team Jodie Lawton Jodie is our National Customer Implementation Manager, and has recently celebrated her 6 year milestone with Inline Tracking. She is responsible for onboarding our new customers, from review, reform, set up, training and go-live, before handing them over to our experienced team of Account Managers. Jodie grew up in small business, with her parents owning Newsagencies in country SA. It’s from these early days her work ethic was fostered. Sh...e has a Business Degree in Administrative Management, and whilst studying, Jodie also worked weekends at Melba’s Chocolate Factory. YUM! Jodie’s experience includes 4 years at Dairy Farmers as Customer Service Supervisor, 9 years at CHEP as an Equipment Pooling Specialist, and Senior Consultant. She also spent 4 years in the Produce Sector as Procurement and Asset Manager before finding her home here with us at Inline Tracking. In her time at Inline, Jodie has seen the business grow significantly. One thing remains constant our customers need a trusted team overseeing this vital function so they can get on with their core business, without pallet costs eating away at all of their hard earned revenue. In her role, Jodie loves learning about our new customers businesses, fostering relationships, and implementing great controls to reduce their spend. In her spare time, Jodie likes spending time with her family, and catching up with friends for a glass red wine or two.

03.01.2022 Meet the Team - Rachel Jones Rachel is our Team Leader and has been with Inline Tracking for 7 years. She has a diploma of Business Management and is a proud Mum of 2 boys. Starting as an Equipment Controller, Rachel has progressed through various roles and is now leading the Account Management Team. In her role she is responsible for providing leadership, training and hands on support for ILT. The key to her success is her ability to establish strong working relations...hips with her team to deliver exemplary service to our clients. From her perspective, the most inspiring part of her job is to encourage the team to work together, assist with creating a happy workplace and ensure they enjoy what they do. Rachel manages several of our larger accounts and enjoys the daily challenges that are faced with pallet management. Identifying process breakdowns and implementing actions to achieve efficiencies is a positive aspect of her role. In her own words, Pallet management can present daily frustrations, however it’s the ‘little wins’ along the way that, for me, make this job a rewarding one. It is satisfying to know that I have assisted in reducing losses for my customers. Rachel loves being involved in the growth of Inline Tracking and seeing the many positive steps that the Business has taken over the years.
