16.01.2022 Do you love running or any other sport, then it is really frustrating to take time off with an injury. The injury limiting your activity will feel debilitating and you will be keen to get back into it as quickly as possible. In Motion Physio Sports can make a huge difference in helping you return to your pre- injury levels. All of the injuries require individual return to sport programs, considering no one is the same! Every patient will have different goals, and respond diff...erently to rehabilitation and increases in running load, depending on their injury, irritability of symptoms, load tolerance, and other factors. ' Recipe-based' approaches won’t work for a lot of patients. In Motion Physio Sports Clinic will you get all the guidance and tools you need to get back into it with an evidence based approach.

Only 1:1 consultations are continuing as long as we are allowed (we ARE care providers) with strict measures in place; ... - If you are unwell, please CALL me on 0424095070 and do not attend. - Clean hands before and after treatment (hand gel at entrance available), no hand shakes, but smiles ;-) - Constant disinfection of any equipment/ tools/ surfaces - Meticulous hand hygiene and individual facial sheets (disposable) between patient appointments. - Regular disinfecting of common areas, including door knobs, desk, table and chairs. - Self quarantine measures for 14 days of anyone that has returned from any of the high risk areas in the last few weeks no matter if they are symptomatic or not. I will also be moving to online/phone consultations and home visits as needed via Physitrack. Be safe and STAY ACTIVE; the stronger you are, the better your immune !
