24.01.2022 Morning all you wonderful yogis. It’s Saturday and the start of a weekend. Look at how time marches. We can slow time down by looking inside ourselves and just breathing. Slowly and with intent. This brings an inner calm. It’s not to be rushed but done with ease, grace and love. For this who want to join other yogis come along to Saturday’s classes and reap the rewards of mastering time.

24.01.2022 Hello to all you beautiful people, up here in the magical energising forest of Springbrook, there's no better way of connecting with nature in my yoga classes. From my yoga studio you look out to the forest, sun and blue blue sky. You can literally feel the energy entering your body and make you feel soooooo good. Give it a try you will be amazed at how you will feel at the end of a class. Tuesday, Thursday (9am-10am) are at my studio at home, and Saturday (9.30am-10.30am) at the Springbrook Community Hall. See you at a class!

24.01.2022 Hello to all the wonderful yogis out there. It's been a little while since my last connection with you. The weather in paradise where I live is just divine. Warm days, cool nights, starry starry nights and sunny sunny days. What more can I say. My yoga students are just relishing my classes. There are spaces for those who are thinking of coming. The classes are small and intimate and held at my studio. Yoga is a journey not a destination - if a move resonates with you and fee...l just great doing it, then you have moved forward in your journey. It's not about being the best in the class, it's about being the best for you, your spirit and your body. As I often say, if your heart sings, do it no matter what. 23.01.2022 Hi you wonderful yogis. I’m attending a 5 day workshop this week so there will be no classes on Tuesday and Thursday. However Saturday class is our first workshop for the year on breathwork commencing at 9.30. Classes will be back to normal next week. I’ve just finished a 3 day retreat as well. I’m expanding my skills as a teacher and am looking forward to treating you all to what I have learnt. Have s wonderful week. See you on Saturday !!! Namaste Helen

16.01.2022 Hello to all the wonderful yogis. I am attending a retreat this week and so there will be no Tuesday and Thursday classes. Saturday morning we will be having our wonderful workshop on breathwork from 9.30. Next week classes are back to normal. I have just finished a 3 day retreat and this one is 5 days. This will enhance my teaching skills and that I can pass so much in to you. Namaste Helen

02.01.2022 Hello to all the yogis who live in paradise! As you know I have been doing the Monday night classes for Janie and will be doing this for a while. I have to attend 3 committee meetings over the next 3 months (incl this month) on Monday night, which I need to attend. This has put me in a situation to change these monday night classes. Here are the dates involved 15 July A consensus on Monday was that Wednesday would suit best. However because of the state of origin last night... and the SMCA meeting moving to next week and the women's circle meeting the following week, the proposed class for Wednesday 17 July is not probable. My yoga classes can cater for all of you. I have classes Tuesday and Thursday 9am and can have a class on Tuesday evening from 6pm if that is more preferable. My address is 1947 Springbrook Road, Springbrook. Ph 0417 079 160 if you have any questions. 19 Aug A Yoga class will be held on Wednesday 21 August from 6-7. We need to move out of the hall fairly quickly as the Women's Circle have the hall from 7.15. A great opportunity to stay and enjoy the circle afterwards ! 16 Sep A Yoga class will be held on Wednesday 18 September from 6-7. The same applies as for 21 August - the women's circle coming in at 7.15. I do apologise for the inconvenience, but would like to give you the opportunity to not miss these 3 classes. This is a once off. Thank you to all of you who have attended the classes so far and I really look forward to many more classes with you and noting that this little hiccup is only temporary.
