21.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new! Check out the new toilet and shower facilities just across the road from the Store! Stage 2 will see a water treatment plant which will provide clean drinking water for travellers. Exciting times at Innamincka. Now if we could just get a sealed road....

20.01.2022 As much as we would love to see tourists and need customers we think it is safe for people not to come and see us at this time. Our health system is designed to handle the locals and a outbreak of COVID-19 would be problematic. The attached is a good read and whilst not done for Innamincka we are in the same situation. Can't wait for this to be over and see lots of tourists visit and enjoy our lovely place. Thanks to all!

07.01.2022 We are pleased to show off the recently sealed Innamincka Airstrip. After a great deal of work by the Innamincka Progress Association and working with and lobbying the State Government, the job got done. The result is fantastic and will allow safer landing even if raining and also bigger planes to land

07.01.2022 The SA Government have pulled funding for the desperately needed sealed airstrip and road. This story was broadcast on channel 7, Sunday the 3/11/19. If you agree that it is needed, please get in touch with the relevant politician and pledge your support!
