14.01.2022 How do I become peaceful and calm? What is happening in my mind? I am feeling anxious, worried etc. Lets explore...how can we get there? If you read an think what everyone else is writing and thinking, then you will become an echo. You will think and feel what everyone else is thinking and feeling plus your interpretation of it. In order to get in touch with your innate peace and calm you may step out of what is happening around you and stop. As best you can become quiet and ...start feeling you own feelings. Let them bubble up and rest. Start looking for the once under the surface. The once under the turmoil. Start feeling the softness, hear the calm whispers of peace, smell the fresh air around you, see the clarity unfolding within you and get in touch with that deep and deeper knowing of safety, your own safety, deep within you. Touch it with your minds eye, touch it with your clear and fresh thoughts, just see yourself reaching out for it. Finally, that is the space you want to be in, live in and act out of. The space of clarity, peace and love for you and everyone around you. That is what you are looking for. Especially now when there is panic and hectic everywhere. Don't underestimate it, particularly when we "caught up" in our own thinking and can not find present clearity. 08.01.2022 Look after our mental health everyone - globally, nationally and especially locally, in your home Since our mental health is nothing we can see, I will point and write in metaphors. Staying psychologically fit is knowing when to put down the "weights" and allow yourself a stretch, when to stop "running" and allow yourself to take a deep breath and finally when to stop "trying to figure things out" when there are no answers yet. In this moment, we can refocus and instead of ...melting into despair we can and take the time to move forward in snail speed to a calmer thought, feeling like hope. The closest, calmer thought you can get to, in that moment. And if there is nothing just slow down your breathing. We can redirect from hectic, panic and anxiety to clarity and certainty. We humans are designed to function for long periods of time, at our best level, when in "rest and digest" mode. Here, we feel balanced, we feel calm and enjoy being in our natural state of mind.
