20.01.2022 Just because its GLUTEN FREE doesn't mean it's GOOD for you! It is called clever marketing - and a lot of business are making a lot of money creating products for us that are "gluten free". Don't get me wrong, a lot of my clients go gluten free for the gut health, even for a while, so it is something I see merit in doing to support healing.... What I don't like is when we think because it has the "gluten free" label on the front we are being healthy. If you are eating something that was meant to have gluten in it and doesn't ... AND it tastes EXACTLY the same ... what have they PUT IN to make it taste and feel identical to before??? Lot's of crap, that's what! If you're going gluten free look for foods that are naturally gluten free like buckwheat, rice, quinoa, nuts, seeds, polenta, pulses, amaranth, corn, coconut, chickpea and tapioca (to name a few).
