My question to you is" what would your successful self, the self that has already achieved the changes you currently seek, say to you right now? 19.01.2022 I have had an epiphany sparked by my injury and a conversation! I have had an unconscious false belief playing out (again. Hello old friend) that if I ask for my needs to be met, I am not being fair! I am SO grateful for this as I am now clearer again. Ask for your needs to be met from those that can and want to at that point in time. Everyone has a different role to play. Everyone is struck by the conditions of being horribly human. If someone thinks it's unfair to ask for c...ertain needs to be met, or expresses that it's not fair that you've asked. It's ok. 16.01.2022 Are you in the drivers seat of your mind? Are you in the drivers seat of your words? Are you in the drivers seat of your actions? In order to change your mind you need to stay disciplined in building your new thoughts and beliefs in order to direct your subconscious. ... Words are easier to empower because all you need to do is 'listen' to the words you speak and then adjust, empower and align your words. When you take responsibility for your thoughts. When you take responsibility for your words. When you take responsibility for your actions. When you apply daily discipline, you will see yourself in the drivers seat of your success and outcomes. If you aren't doing this my question to you is, who's at the drivers seat of your life?

13.01.2022 Most people stay within their comfort zone because of the effort and dedication it takes to change. People want change yet aren't prepared to let go of thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, people and things. To basicly let go of what no longer serves them. Getting past your comfort zone often requires as investment. In your time, coaching, healing and learning. If you are determined, committed and an action taker you will reap the rewards. The outcomes you seek. The journey and the view on the other side. Be prepared though that once you get on the other side of your comfort zone, you will eventually face it again because this is a part of growth.
