21.01.2022 This little girl was only hours old when this photo was taken yesterday afternoon. Her beautiful mum trusted each of our Horse Hero ‘Worrier to Warrior’ youth participants that she let each of them pat and spend time with her little foal too. The first week this group had all worked beautifully to synchronise and slow down their heart rates that a foal felt so at ease they fell asleep in their presence! This made me confident in their ability to support the mare in giving... her reassurance with congruent body language, slow rhythmical heart energy and a gentle mindfulness approach to meeting her little girl. They were each incredible and also great at supporting each other too! I love how when we are in our own inner rhythm or flow, we are able to contribute positively to the lives of others regardless of being different species.
