All equipment is constantly being cleaned and wiped down. Training time is capped at 50min per person but that’s more than enough time to smash out a solid session! . 05.01.2022 One of the things I love the most about Personal Training is that it gives me the ability to contribute to and ultimately improve people’s lives. The main reason I have trained people for the past 14 years is because I love contributing and helping people. Accessing people who are underrepresented in the physical fitness space is a particular passion of mine, particularly since I have felt what it feels like to be intimidates by a gym or exercise. One of the silver linings of... this quarantine situation for me has been having the time to reflect on why I do what I do and how I can make more of an impact. At the same time, a fantastic opportunity arose for me to speak with Diabetes Australia, a fantastic non-profit organisation that assists Australians living with diabetes. I had a chance to learn a lot about diabetes that I didn’t previously know, and I am so grateful that I was given the chance to reach out to people living with this group of diseases. I hope that you’ll check out this short video below and share it with anyone you know who might be living with diabetes. I’m looking forward to working with more underrepresented groups of people to improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and mental health. See more
