19.01.2022 The Crystal Workshop that I conducted yesterday was a great success. I had four lovely ladies who were more in tune with crystals than they thought. It was fun to see their knowledge increase and their joy at learning how to really connect with crystals that were right for them. We did a few practical exercises, which the ladies all loved and they all got a lot from the workshop. Thank you ladies for joining me for the afternoon. It was a pleasure to teach you so much about crystals. If there is some interest, I will conduct another one before the end of the year.

17.01.2022 Healing can come in many forms. Due to isolation I have spoken and healed some amazing people from Sydney and Melbourne. At a time when people are feeling deflated and lost ..... It has been my pleasure to help in just small ways, I have helped some to see light at the end of the tunnel. My healing heart goes out to all those struggling at the moment. Life likes to throw us challenges, so that we may grow stronger and more resilient. When we face our challenges and preserve ...to overcome these challenges, we can expect good things to follow. We just need to keep smiling and have hope in our hearts. We will get through this global challenge together!!

15.01.2022 As the restrictions are starting to ease and travel is starting to be encouraged. I am hoping to be coming to Brisbane for Crystal Healings in July. 14.01.2022 A very good friend who I have known most of my life. Took this photo this morning of the clouds. Just beautiful what nature can give us. Such an amazing sight. It makes us realise that some things are beyond us .... We are busy and don't always give ourselves time to stop and watch what nature is showing us. These lockdowns have given us an opportunity to see things in nature that we would have usually missed. Sending good thoughts to you all. Stop and look at nature!!!

12.01.2022 We had a very enlightened day yesterday for the Crystal Course. The participants mentioned that they learnt alot about crystals, more than they expected. They were very happy with the experience. They were especially happy to learn about balancing and realigning their own body chakras. There will be another course in late January in Grafton. So I am looking forward to teaching others in the Grafton community in 2 months time.

10.01.2022 I had my second meditation last night via Zoom. It was a strong energy release through all chakras and we especially worked on the heart chakra, the inner child and sacred heart. It resonated quite deep to the participants. It was a great session!!! Thank you to those who joined me

09.01.2022 The Angel Intuitive and Crystal Awareness Course with Kerrie Erwin and myself was very informative. Participants were connected with Angels, members of their spiritual team, passed animals and loved ones. They had an aura cleansing and healing, and they also learnt many things about crystals and being able to self heal their energetic bodies with the help of crystals. A great afternoon by all!!!

07.01.2022 I saw this on a friends post. I am an advocate for thinking this way, and acting this way so far in my life. It is similar to the saying ... When one door closes, another opens. I feel the same about friends, when one leaves your circle of friends another comes along that seems a better fit. Breathe it in My Mom once told me that she walked into a room where a couple of friends were discussing her, they didnt know she was there. She shook her head, smiled and walked away.... My Mom also told me that she had a friend who talked bad about her, she never knew that Mom found out, Mom never mentioned it. She smiled and walked away from this friendship. She told me she had family who chose to shift her out of their life because she stood up for herself for a change. And because she stopped crossing oceans for them when they would not even help her cross a bridge. She smiled, shook her head and walked away. So I asked her how she could just walk away from people that betrayed her while pretending to be her friends or family. She answered that every time she came to a crossroad like that, she had to decide who will be going forward on her journey with her. This showed her who she cannot take along with her. So she explained to me that you should never get mad at a person who betrays you, even in the name of friendship or family.
