24.01.2022 Welcome back team !! After 2 weeks off its time to get our training back on Looking forward to seeing everyone back in the gym and motivated. Lets make this our best term yet. Set yourself challenges and sweat it out !!

19.01.2022 I've been spoilt !!! Gorgeous cards, chocolates, a new speaker from my Wednesday social group (and it's awesome by the way !!) And some yummy homemade chutney. Love all my awesome clients. Your amazing and can't wait for next year already. Bring on the muscles

13.01.2022 Just a friendly reminder that if you haven't paid your training fees yet they are now overdue. If you have any problems with paying please see me to work out a payment plan. Also there is only one week left of training before we finish up for Christmas!!! It's been a fantastic year. Thank you for all your support through pregnant exercise demo's. Lol. I will be running some holiday sessions later in January so keep an eye on this page for information regarding times etc !!

11.01.2022 Hi everyone. Hope you all had a great Christmas and new year break. We will be running a PT session tomorrow night and Thursday night this week if anyone is interested. $15 per session. Will only run these sessions if I have enough interest. Please comment or Message me if you would like to join in. And let me know what night. They will be both at 6.30pm. Cheers.
