25.01.2022 Many of you know that I struggle with an inflammatory disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis which affects all my joints but specifically my spine. Because of this I havent been able to do conventional deadlifts for about a year. Today I thought Id finally give them a go and am finally feeling strong again.. 160kg x 5 x 7. 17.01.2022 Congrats to my client of the month, Fiona! Like Fiona, so many women are confused when they come to me with a weight loss goal and I tell them to eat more food! 6 weeks ago Fiona decided to trust me and increased her daily calorie intake. Around that time she also bought a new dress to wear to her daughters graduation. I was so happy when she told me 6 weeks later that the dress she bought for the graduation was now a size too big! 16.01.2022 Low Calorie Asian Fried Rice! The average fried rice has 285 cals per serve, this one only has 85! Substituting calorie dense foods for healthy alternatives is a great way to keep a healthy diet from being boring! Ingredients ... - 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil - 2 beaten eggs - 1/4 cup diced onion - 2 cloves garlic - 1/2 cup frozen - 1/2 cup chopped carrots - 1 medium cauliflower - 3 spring onions - 3 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame seeds Method - Chop the cauliflower into florets and pulse in the food processor 6-7 times so that its the consistency of rice - Heat half the oil in a pan on medium heat, fry the egg for 1 minute and remove. - Add the remaining oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the peas and carrot and fry for an additional 3 minutes. - Increase the heat to high, add the cauliflower and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the egg and fry for an additional minute. - Serve as a side dish and top with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds. * Add steamed chicken or grilled beef to serve as a main meal.

09.01.2022 Healthy Cheese Sauce! Whether its for health or ethical reasons, or to avoid the added inflammation, calories, sugar and fat - there are a whole host of reasons to try cutting dairy from your diet. I tried this dairy free cheese sauce over the weekend and it is SO GOOD! It kind of taste like cheese Twisties! Better yet, each serve only contains 37 calories!! Yes, 37 calories! ... Blend all of the below ingredients in a food processor until a saucey consistency and then gently heat in a pan and enjoy! 1 cup cannelini beans. 1/2 cup soy milk. 5 Tbsp nutritional yeast. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar. Pinch turmeric.

08.01.2022 Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Grain Free Banana Bread! I made this on Sunday afternoon and to be honest, theres not much left! But who cares, its only 70 calories per serve INGREDIENTS: 4 very ripe bananas (1.5 cups) 3/4 cup coconut flour ... 5 eggs 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp sea salt Optional: dates and walnuts METHOD: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a loaf tin Mash the bananas in a bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients, ensuring there are no lumps. Bake for 45-55 minutes Store in an airtight container in the fridge See more

07.01.2022 New Recipe! This peanut butter slice is seriously good and perfect for your afternoon treat instead of picking up a muffin or other sugar loaded snack! BASE 1 cup almonds 1 cup dates (soaked in boiling water and drained)... 4 Tbsp shredded coconut 2 Tbsp cacao 2 tsp coconut oil Blitz in a food processor then press down in a tin to form the base. FILLING 1 cup natural peanut butter (Mayvers is my favourite) 2 Tbsp coconut oil 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Stir together and then pour on top of the base. Leave in the fridge to set for our hour before cutting. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate after cutting and re-set in the fridge. #cleaneating #raw #vegan #perth #fitness
