This is a guided meditation that takes children (or adults) on a journey to find their inner sanctuary; a place of peace and safety that they can connect with at any time. Parents might like it too! 09.01.2022 When we become fused with our thoughts we believe what our thoughts are telling us. In this mindfulness exercise we are guided to watch our thoughts. It allows us to observe them...and if we can observe them we can understand that WE are NOT our thoughts.
