24.01.2022 Self-love.. This is me on holidays, recharging and clearing my energy, sitting on a giant quartz crystal throne.. seriously though, I think I need one of these in my garden. We can't all go to the crystal castles every weekend so in my everyday life when I do get the chance I love to dissapear into my garden and get my hands in the dirt. Or on weekends run on the beach with my kids and puppy, or sit and enjoy a sunset with my partner on our balcony with a cuddle and some go...od cheese and crackers. These things fill me with joy, and appreciation, and help pick me up when time is in short supply and the days feel long and draining. How do you recharge? 23.01.2022 Whe I say I help people recover from PTSD, these are some of the symptoms and issues that they have been dealing with. Not to mention the exhaustion and shame at being stuck for so long in such an awful pattern and not being able to just let go. Hopefully little info graphics like this help shed a little awareness on PTSD and CPTSD, and perhaps create a little more compassion out there for the people who suffer from it.

12.01.2022 "Hey, there, you in the mirror! What can you see? I look at you, But I only find me.." Our closest relationships are mirrors, and the more conscious you become of this, the easier it becomes to navigate your own journey in them as individuals and as a couple. ... Especially when you get stuck in patterns that just keep repeating. If you have the same fight again and again, take a step back, and look in the mirror. Sometimes fights are bringing up parts of our shadow that are looking to integrate. What is your partners behaviour triggering in you? What is your behaviour triggering in them? Go back to basics. What lies underneath the trigger? Is there Hurt? Anger? Exhaustion? Resentment? What need is not being met? What is your ability to respond to this need? Are you both being authentic? Are you both being fair? Are you both being compassionate? Where are your boundaries within yourself and with each other? And are these in agreement? And remember the way you treat your closest people is ultimately the way you treat yourself.
