22.01.2022 There are things we can do to give our immune systems a boost. The more stressed we get, the more our immune system suffers. Try some breathing practices and meditation - also for kids who will be feeling the stress, but needs to be specifically... kids yoga to keep them engaged. 21.01.2022 Great to see this advice in the news today re Paragon Hotel in Sydney - pity it's probably a typo! "Anyone at this venue while visiting the hotel as 1245- 3:30pm on Wednesday 16th December more than one hour is considered close contacts. Get tested meditate and self isolate for 14 days regardless of the result."
