13.01.2022 Taco boats... a fantastic way to get a truckload of veggies down your childs gob! Mini human approved! My vegetarian taco "mince" consists of onion, mushrooms, garlic, carrot, zucchini, capsicum, and cauliflower with a can of chopped tomatoes added, with the taco seasoning packet thrown in.... Up your veggies and feel the difference!

08.01.2022 Its really feeling like autumn this week in Australia... The time of year when carrots, sweet potatoes, squashes, and pumpkins are in season... Sounds like a recipe for a baked dinner! I dont believe baked dinners are unhealthy... sure, if you drown your veggies in oil and bake the fattiest hunk of meat you can find it begins to tip the scales slightly.... okay more than slightly. I always bake my veggies without any oil! I line my baking trays with either baking paper or r...eusable silicon mats and the meat I choose to bake with them provides enough juiciness to flavour and bake them. Meats of choice in this nutritionists house are free range chicken, turkey or duck! I stick lemons up their butts and season them with whatever tickles my fancy on the day (usually garlic and rosemary). Roasts are a great source of essential nutrients when you cook them in a healthy manner! GO FORTH AND BAKE!
