24.01.2022 TOTALLY FREE - 2 WEEKS OF GROUP TRAINING!!!! Inner Fire Fitness are giving away 2 weeks of group training absolutely free!! No catches, no obligations to sign up just a way to get out there and have a go! We know how easy it is to keep just putting it off and putting it off but Spring and scarily, as a result less clothing is fast approaching!!! We have 2 different times and locations available to slot into, kicking off on Monday 13th August - 9.30am, Manly Rugby Oval... Wednesday 15th - 7pm, outside Narabeen SLSC and then same times and locations the following week. Each class runs for 45 mins and feel free to bring bubs in prams if you're a busy mummy!
