22.01.2022 I love this reminder... The other day I was out walking and noticed a feeling of space, lightness and happiness within me... FREEDOM... It was such a nice feeling As always, my head likes to question such feelings when they arise "hmm where did this come from?" I had not been engaged in any conscious 'light work' or come from any particular joyous occasion - in fact I had just walked out from a potentially oppressive environment... And yet here freedom was... reminding me from my own depths that it comes from within... No matter the external environment I am experiencing - my freedom comes from the inside - it cannot be taken away from me... it is always there for me to choose... Freedom is a knowing of who I am, why I am and my purpose of being - unshakable in it's remembering...

It feels to me that Consciousness can be referred to by many different names - higher self, higher awareness, god spark, soul, eternl self, our source self, and many more titles that all offer the same vibration - the aspect of us that is beyond our human self, connected beyond the physical, to all there is... When we think a thought, there sits an awareness that we are havng a thought.... there is our Consciousness observingthe thought - simply remi...nding us we are so much more than our thoughts... When we are having an experience either physically or emotionally we are also aware that we are experiencing this moment - helping us understand that the awareness of the experience is who we really are... And if who we really are (Consciousness) is beyond the physical body - although still very present and aware, then we must also be connected beyond as well... Beyond the physical... beyond space...beyond time... this is our essence in truth... and while we are beyond in essence, still intrinsically connected to this expression of who we are here and now... Our Consciousness, by definition, offering us an awareness of our internal and external existence... Housing all the wisdoms and experiences we have ever known in this life and far beyond... 03.01.2022 In case you have days like this too... Some days my heart just hurts and the world around me seems overwhelming... Then I remember a few things -... I remember that nothing in this multiverse is by chance. Everything is for a reason, sometimes the reasoning doesn't make sense to my human 3d brain, but I trust to the core of my being the reason exists... I also remember how much love, kindness and compassion there is in this world. Human hearts are wondrously big, and kindness is our default .... And in that remembering my heart swells and reminds me how full it is. Everything is perfect. Even the hurting.
