Teach us how we are actually experiencing life. Teach us what we have been hiding from ourselves. Teach us what we have been hiding from others. Teach us what is hiding in our shadows. Teach us how we are relating to our ourselves/others/world/life. Teach us our we relate to our own energy. Teach us how we relate to our emotions of fear/anger/sadness/joy. Teach us how we relate to expressing our emotions. Teach us how we express our words. Teach us what our core beliefs are. Tech us how do we react to stimuli The list is almost endless.
13.01.2022 You will not able to transform what you keep hidden in your shadow. By bringing it into your awareness it can be expressed and released. By releasing it from your shadow it will no longer impact your consciousness allowing change to take place.
09.01.2022 The subconscious mind is not a rational being nor does it think logically. It is based on emotions, images & archetypes. That is why doing talk therapy can take years if not decades to resolve any issue. Any system or modality that works with the subconscious always needs to work with the emotions in one way or another.
05.01.2022 Breathwork is not just about healing yourself. It also allows you to explore what is hidden within you. To explore those hidden depths that normal life does not allow you to get in touch with or experience. By exploring these hidden parts you gain wisdom that normal life experience does not provide you. It provides you with the ability to see into life that is not normally available.
