24.01.2022 Hello All - it’s been quite sometime since I have posted and taught. My intention is to resume teaching - I just haven’t found the place nor has the time felt right. I’m sharing this women’s retreat as Brenda is a dear friend of mine and she is also a wonderful therapist whose cares deeply for others wellbeing. Her property is delightful and I know that this retreat will be life affirming and healing. Enjoy and namaste

Consider your vitality; physical wellbeing, Intimacy; are you connecting with those that are positive for your wellbeing and growth and finally are you doing things to support what you feel is your purpose.
