13.01.2022 Grateful for the opportunity to run a Meditation and Mindfulness session with a lovely group of people today, at a Yarra Ranges Council event at HICSA - Healesville Indigenous Community Services Association. Felt blessed by the sunshine, and so happy to see local community service providers taking time out to care for themselves and connect with the beautiful gardens of HICSA. During the session we warmly acknowledged the Traditional Owners of this beautiful land, the Wurundjeri people, and paid respects to elders past, present and emerging. While enjoying our session in nature, we also acknowledged that meditation has been around for thousands of years, and the deep spiritual connection that Indigenous Australians have with Country. Thank you for having us

13.01.2022 Happy New Year 2020. Wishing all a love-filled, peaceful & abundant 2020. Its a good time to re-assess our commitment to meditation & mindfulness practice and to remember that any inner peace and love that we experience is reflected back out into the world. May 2020 bring much inner and outer peace for all beings and our precious Earth, especially sending much love to all people, places and wildlife who are suffering and fighting fires right now.

11.01.2022 One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves at this time is a chance to connect inwards and with nature, and cultivate self-awareness. Being still for even a few minutes a day can change so much.

11.01.2022 How grounded are you feeling today? Many of us often find ourselves just a little bit overwhelmed and busy at this time of year. Some people find themselves facing extra workloads, either in paid work or at home, due to the impending end of year... or we can find ourselves doing more driving and rushing around, spending more time in shopping centres than is humanly healthy, making lists and planning the holiday period... it can all make us feel a little harried and unground...ed. This is not everyone's experience, but for some of us it is. And in those situations, it can be so valuable to find a chance to get grounded, even for a short time in the day, perhaps with a quiet sit outside on the grass or a gentle walk in the park if that feels possible. Even just 5 minutes to glance at the sky, water the plants or just soak up some fresh air can all help too. It might just be the recharge that you need. Photo by Henri Pham on Unsplash
