23.01.2022 Classes are back starting Monday the 15th!! Here is our new winter timetable. Remember to download the PT Minder app and book in to classes as we have a 10 person limit. We cant wait to see you back in the gym !!

20.01.2022 As im sure you have all heard GYMS ARE BACK!!!! We will be opening on monday the 15th of June. So lock in the date. (Max 10 ppl per class so we will have a booking system)... There are a few changes due to current circumstances that we must adhere to. Keep your eyes open for an email this weekend. If you are looking for a new gym family then send a message with your contact details for all the updates. Cant wait to see you all back for a session

15.01.2022 OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD Pack a gift-filled shoebox this year for a child in need! There will be shoeboxes at the gym this week. Aswell as a list of suggested items if you need some ideas. I would love for you to bring in something small to contribute to a christmas box, fill your own box at home with your family or Alternatively you can choose to donate $10 towards the postage of a box.... This is about putting that smile on a childs face at a time of the year where we all deserve a little bit of joy.

08.01.2022 There has been a few small changes to Open Gym time, be sure to look at the timetable. Please respect the Open gym times, these are set out to work around current council approval of business operation times as well as classes and PT sessions. Also a reminder to use the PTminder App to book in for your sessions. Bookings close 1 hour prior to class starting, if you miss the cut off send me a msg. If you need to cancel you can also do this on the app up to one hour before class starts, if you miss the cut off please send me a msg.
