We are a network of heart centred therapists who collaboratively offer over 45 different wellness services such as mindfulness and meditation, counselling, hypnotherapy, myotherapy, reflexology, yoga, sound healing, beauty treatment and mandala workshops, just to name a few. 22.01.2022 Dear All, I hope this finds you well. The benefits of having a regular mindfulness/meditation practice are numerous and scientifically proved. We feel that now more than ever it is important to keep up such practice and enjoy its benefits. Our Mindfulness & Meditation classes will be running online starting from Monday 30/3/20.... I will be sending you a recorded mindfulness session every Monday, which you will then be able to listen to at your convenience. The cost remains $12 per session. We ask that you pay for 6 weeks in advance. 20.01.2022 I have always used fb in a light, joyful way, sharing funny things and the beauty of the little things of life. At this stage, I feel like sharing these questions: Why are we waiting so long to lock down? Is the economy more important than human lives? What have we learnt from the countries that are weeks ahead of us in terms of the spread? Is it up to the people to guide the politicians in charge by acting - by staying home? Who is leading who?... And when it is all finished, and many lives have been claimed, will us people carry over the wisdom of what we have learnt through this intense experience? Will we make life be more about quality of relationships and time spent together, than profit and possessions? Will we allow our planet to thrive through a real global concerted effort to reduce pollution and waste and by living in a truly sustainable way? As humanity, will we have raised our level of consciousness, will we have stabilized at the level of altruism, compassion, kindness, generosity, peace, gratitude, solidarity..... Will we be more united, mindful and inclusive, or will we wait for our politicians to make it happen through laws that may never be written? This is a huge opportunity to change our ways and evolve together. In the near future, I can see multitudes marching in perfect peace together, demanding real big social and economical changes - a powerful peaceful global movement that the governments will have to follow because they will have no choice. 10.01.2022 Some things happen without trying. I wasn’t trying to open this coconut so that the hard shell would just fall away and leave the actual nut intact. Yet it happened. The right amount of pressure was applied in the right spit at the right speed. 07.01.2022 I have read that 1/3 of people still think that we are overacting to the coronavirus, that there is no need to close down non essential business etc. In northern italy they can’t keep up with cremation of those who have died due to the virus. The army is now loading the coffins and taking them to other less overwhelmed areas of the country to have them cremated there. These people are dying alone because family and friends are not allowed to be at their side. Like the flowe...rs of this false Queen Anne Lace, we are all connected to the same stem: humanity. So I have no doubt that a thought sent to the dying and their family will reach them and bring some comfort.
