24.01.2022 So many of us walk around carrying stories we gathered throughout our lives. A word from a loved one. An action. Something that we took on to be truth and to be about more than that single moment. As we grow these words start to become our inner voice. The words we say to ourselves and unfortunately most of the time they are not kind. I invite you to begin to notice these voices and begin to question if what they are speaking is truth..... If it is not something like you are ...worthy, you are loved and you belong then I’d probably flip it the bird and not give it anymore attention. You don’t have to believe everything your monkey mind tells you. Believe me when I say that YOU ARE WORTHY YOU ARE LOVED YOU BELONG. Sending so much love, Megan

23.01.2022 How to find the words to even come close to describing this last weekend. It was an absolute honour to hold our first Soul Speak overnight retreat for 10 beautiful women in the bush on the Mid North Coast. Each woman showed up completely for herself and everyone else in the space.... So many tears. So much laughter. So much food. And SO much magic!! Once again, we were so in the process and depth of the space there are few photos. But the memories and the transformation created will stay with each of us forever. Thank you @johhawken30 for sharing your space with us and as always holding the most beautiful and deep space for each of our sisters to dive and rise. You’re an absolute gift to my life and I am grateful for you and all we continue to create together. Thank you to each of the women who made this weekend the safe, supportive, powerful and utterly mind blowing space that it was. Now to integrate and open to what is to come! Megan

23.01.2022 In one day I heard from 3 different friends about mothers they know who have just been thrown into the absolute heartache of mourning their children. The feeling of the world having changed forever. The challenge of watching everyone else going on as if it hasn’t. The shock. The pain. The numbness. I wish this was not their reality. I wish I could hug every one of them. I wish I could help them know they are not alone. ... I wish I could tell them that however they need to grieve, however it looks, however long it takes, is ok. I pray that they receive the loving support and compassion each of them deserve. Sending love to all those grieving hearts out there tonight. Megan

Most of the time our focus is on the negative impact we are having on others and we completely ignore the amazingly beautiful and powerful impact we are having. We focus on our thorns instead of acknowledging the beauty of our rose in bloom. Today (and everyday) I invite you to notice and acknowledge and claim the loving beauty you bring into others lives. I know each of us walked away with so much to support us to continue to live from our hearts Thank you to each of you courageous women who showed up 100% for yourself. You inspire me. I love you! ... Sitting with Sisters will be back again next year with more magic, beauty and sacred connections. We are ready for a break and at the same time super excited for what 2021 will bring.

09.01.2022 It’s that time of year... time to reflect on what has been and also time to plan, take stock, clarify... what is that you want from this life? The full moon in Cancer has me a little watery and wobbly, maybe that’s you too... or maybe it’s the let down and finally stillness after a busy year... however you are take some time in the next few days to ask your heart (not your head!!) what do you want? Is it more quiet time, is it more connection, perhaps it’s something you want ...to learn, want to explore, want to let go of... find what you want and make a list... prioritise! Where are your thoughts and energy going... are they taking you towards your dreams?? There are so many distractions what do you wish to focus on and therefore manifest? 07.01.2022 My birthday has always been a time I celebrate the blessings of my life especially the amazing people I am surrounded by. This year is the 5th year I have my birthday since the death of my son Kai Phoenix. I thought by this time in my life I would be celebrating this day with my little one in my arms. Instead today I have come to the beach to be with the ocean (Kai in Hawaiian). As I walk the beach with tears falling, my deepest birthday wish is that everyone who is blessed ...to have their babies with them in person, truly feel the gift of that today. Celebrate what can so often be taken for granted. Hold your children close and wonder at the miracle they are. To all my dear mothers and fathers without your babies I wish for you to know you are not alone and to do something with loving kindness to honour your grieving heart. I say this holding deep grief and absolute gratitude for being Kai’s mama. The greatest gift and hardest lesson of my life. With love, Megan See more

04.01.2022 Another Mama received these gifts for grief support yesterday. Another Mama doing her best to navigate her way in a new world. Another Mama waking each day (if she manages to sleep) to the reality that her precious baby will not be in her arms again. Another Mama trying to learn how to be an invisible mother - a mother with a baby you can’t see. Today my heart aches and hold this mama. ... Today I hope she knows that while others don’t and can’t get it, there are other mothers out there that do and that she is not alone. Today I honour that precious little baby that changed the world in such a short time here. 02.01.2022 Thank you so much Sammi Zajko for your deep and beautiful work you shared with us at Sitting with Sisters on the weekend. There was some big processing (me included) and beautiful connections after a comedy of errors for each of us on our way there. Sammi wove together all her passions including fermentation sharing an amazing story illustrating sauerkraut as a metaphor for life and the heroes journey. Sammi is on the Central Coast but she is online and comes back to the Mid... North Coast regularly so I recommend following her and keeping an eye on what she is offering. Magical!
