23.01.2022 Shaun Slattery has just completed a very large and technical water meter upgrade for our clients. Innes Group completed this project in-house delivering a turn key service from expose, install, concrete slab install and fit off. Another great job by the team.

19.01.2022 PIPELINE PROJECTS! Innes Projects & Construction team are about to tackle this complex fire sprinkler addition to a recently completed multi story modern building in Brisbane CBD. Additional wet wall systems are required to be installed, the building has many high end modern feature walls and a cladded ceiling that needs to be removed, stored and protected during the works. ... The scope is to make this look like it never happened! We are excited to kick this off and will update this page throughout the project.

17.01.2022 Innes Projects and Construction team have just completed multiple modifications to this unit to make it NDIS compliant for Disability Housing. This entrance door was 23mm short to achieve the min 900mm clearance. The building team have completed this project and other internal modifications to standard with great results. ... You would not know this entrance was modified!

16.01.2022 Innes Group is expanding again! Due to increased opportunity we are opening up a corporate business centre in Broadbeach - Gold Coast. This will provide direct easy access to us and assist all Innes Group service offers with being more reactive in communication and tasks in general. ... This office will be fitted out and operating in a few days time. All of our clients will be updated with location and contact specifics for this office over the next few days.

14.01.2022 PIPELINE PROJECTS! Innes Plumbing have been tasked with replacing two 300mm irrigation water meters that supply a large gated community on the Gold Coast! These works will required a confined space entry and a lot of patience to remove the meters while protecting the existing infrastructure.... This upgrade is time restricted and will need to have everything go to plan to ensure we meet all stakeholder expectations. We are excited to kick this off and will update this page throughout the works.

06.01.2022 Innes Plumbing kicking off a water meter replacement. This is a very sensitive site due to the light rail being right beside the work zone. Multiple permits and site specific safety documentation has been put in place to protect the public, the Innes Group team and government infrastructure.... Shaun Slattery, the site manager, has been tasked not only with the install, but the crucial communication to all stakeholders and property managers that will be affected by the water outage during the works.

05.01.2022 Innes Group has been on the road this week. We have been assisting our clients in Townsville (QLD) with creating a detailed roofing report and providing a programmed repair plan in line with their yearly budget.

03.01.2022 Innes Projects and Construction team have completed the upgrade of the staff parking area for one of our FM sites. This design and construct project not only has upgraded the existing surface, but the new line marking system has created 15 more parking bays and safe passage to the staff office. We are currently finishing off the area with a new barb wire security fencing install. ... The site remained open during the works and was not impacted operationally. Great result by the team!
