Over the 10years we have seen and experianced many innovations and changes within Innov8 and our community. The health of our clients and team are of top priority and we are doing all we can to reduce the risks involved. PLEASE use our sanitiser station as you enter our salon. CHANGES Due drought and Covid we have been forced to make the hard decision to reduce our business hours and staff shifts. Our new business ...hours are frequently as follows but may change to suit bookings: Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 5pm Fridays from 8.30am to 5:30pm Monday and Saturdays - by APPOINTMENT ONLY Wednesdays (no changes) 9am to late. We are working to new and different models there for business hours will need to vary and be adapted to bookings that are scheduled each week. The following structure is in place due to strict government guidelines and Australian hairdressing industry guidelines. we have reduced salon hours and reduced staff phone appointments only: no walk-ins. pls sanitise your hands and wash your hands upon entry to the salon. ... pls call and reschedule if you are unwell, or have been in contact with someone who is unwell, or recently travelled. please bring your own water. takeaway orders will be delivered to salon, should you wish to consume tea coffee or food at the salon. we would prefer EFTPOS SALES instead of cash due to health and safety. we advise that we will adhere to the 1.5mtr distance rule between clients. And 4 square metre rule per person in salon. Please do not bring friends or relatives with you to the salon , so we can minimise the contact with extra people in salon. *we understand times are trying, and we are doing our best to follow ever changing guidelines from the government. This hopefully will enable us to catch up a little and to have availability for you in the next coming weeks. We want to THANK our clients who through this difficult last 6 weeks of which my staff and I chose to have them isolated for theirs and their families saftey. You have been supportive, understanding, considerate and last but not least remained LOYAL to us. 01.01.2022 RESTRICTIONS: covid-19 update- Last night it was announced that our services will be restricted. NO BEAUTY SERVICES and limited to only 30min hairdressing visits as of midnight tonight. We will be trying our best to absolutely rearrange schedules and contact all our loyal pre booked clients. We will certainly NOT be able to fit your booked services in and will discuss your options with you as 30min is very restrictive to our services. At this point we will be trying our be...st to fit our pre booked clients in first but unfortunately will NOT fit all. We ask that if your hair is not essential please allow that space for someone else, and think about us being in such close contact with people and the risk of the spread of the virus.
