23.01.2022 Hi there Innovators, You may be concerned about the recent outbreak of corona virus and rightly so, youre not alone. Please rest assured that Innovate is being proactive in protecting our students and families in anyway possible. - we ask that if any student, parent or teacher is feeling ill that they stay away from the studio until cleared by a doctor. ... - We have extra antibacterial soap and wipes available so students will be asked to wash their hands before each class. - All of the equipment will be cleaned after each class to avoid the spread of germs. - Students will be encouraged not to touch other students and will avoid partner work for the remainder of this term. - We also encourage bringing your own yoga mat for any stretch classes or classes used previously. We will have the communal studio ones available if you do not have your own. - Plastic cups will be provided to students if the dont have a drink bottle or wish to buy a water bottle. We will continue to be vigilant in stopping the spread of germs to protect our students and families.

17.01.2022 CHALLENGE TIMMEEE! We are back with another challenge, the STRETCH CHALLENGE! Obviously everyone is different and has different flexibility levels. What you need to do is take a photo of the level you are at right now and date it, you have two weeks to get busy stretching and improve this flexibility and take progress photos along the way, 2 weeks from now on the 30th of April take a final photo and date it, put them side by side and post it on Facebook or Instagram tagging Innovate in your picture. You can work on any body part you like, back, right leg, left leg, centre splits, shoulders, anything you feel you need. We will be checking in to see how you are going, anyone and everyone can do this challenge. HAPPY STRETCHING
