We have a station set up in our reception with hand sanitiser (please use as you arrive and as you leave), we are supplying masks and gloves to anyone who wants to wear them, our door is kept open so you dont have to touch it as you arrive and leave, our reception chairs are spaced apart and we have one just outside of the clinic as well. #mosmanphysio #stopthespread

12.01.2022 **** S P R I N G H A S S P R U N G **** I love the beginning of spring. Days are getting longer and warmer. And people just seem to be in a better mood when the weather is a little warmer. Spring is the perfect time to start to make positive changes in your life. Great time to start to exercise more and to eat better. ... Did you know that it takes on average 66 days to make a change of behaviour a habit. It sounds like a lot but with just a little bit of effort it can make the world of difference for your overall health. Exercising in winter is tough. It is cold and dark outside and when your alarm goes off it is SO easy to switch it off and stay in your nice warm bed. I was guilty of this a few times over winter. Well now is the time to change this habit. So for the month of September I am setting myself a challenge. I am going to do some form of exercise every day during September. It doesnt have to be intense exercise, it could just be a long walk through the bush. But I am going to make sure I get out and get moving everyday. To help me along with this I am also going to have an alcohol free month. I dont drink a lot but I do enjoy a cheeky wine on the weekend or in the evening. I will keep you posted on my daily exercise.
